It's 1985. London's Metropolitan Police have the task of delivering a Liver 29 miles in 35 minutes in a dangerous life or death game of relay. Can the stalwart Rover SD1's make it in time, or will all be for naught?

From what I understand, the police's helicopter fleet was grounded following a crash at the time, and it would've taken longer to procure a new one than it did to simply deliver by car.
